All apartments are fully equipped with conveniences ranging from modern kitchen facilities through to bed linen and toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Sunny terraces or balconies project views far beyond the village and the Inn Valley out to the surrounding mountain ranges. Each apartment will receive a ticket for the WiFi. Each living room also has a flat-screen TV.

Power and indulgence in the morning. Bacher's breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly want for a delicious start to the day, from revitalising to hearty. Varieties of coffee, teas and freshly squeezed juices. Baked goods, cold cuts and cheese from the region Egg dishes. Fresh fruit, yoghurts and mueslis. For an additional charge from € 18,- (winter) and € 15,- (summer) per person (children's price depending on age) we will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. In the high and main winter season, breakfast will be included in the offer price. We also offer a bread delivery service for all those who prefer not to be disturbed (to be picked up in the counter area).

Steam bath, sauna, infrared cabin, multi-sensory shower, ice fountain, relaxation loungers. The wellness area at the Alpinapart Bacher offers space for your relaxation. You can relax outside in the relaxation garden during the summer, with or without a sauna session. There are an average of 2,000 hours of sunshine a year in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region. Free of charge to guests! Massages can be provided by appointment, please contact our reception team.

Winter: Loading skis for the journey and hauling them to the cable car and back once you get here? Not at the Alpinapart Bacher! You will receive a 10% discount off the very well-stocked Bacher Sport ski rental during winter. You can also use the heated, well-secured Bacher Sport ski depot right next to the Serfaus cable cars for free.
Summer 2024: You will receive the Super. Sommer. Card. for a special price the region of charge from your very first night, allowing you unlimited use of the seven summer cable cars* as well as the hiking buses and many more included services. You will also receive a 10% discount on mountain bike rental from us at the Bacher Bikecenter.

Afternoons and evenings
We have a cosy self-service bar and lounge area for you to enjoy at the Alpinapart Bacher. You are welcome to serve yourself cold and hot drinks here 24/7 based on trust. You can round off the day in summer on the private balconies and terraces of the apartments or in our relaxation garden.
Cancellation conditions
- You may cancel 3 to 2 months prior to arrival free of charge and without having to give a reason. Your deposit will be retained and can be credited towards a new booking.
- We charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked holiday price from 29 to 7 days prior to arrival.
- We charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked holiday price from 6 to 1 days prior to arrival.
100% of the total price will be charged in the event of early departure.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance for the coming winter season so that you are also covered in the event of illness. You have the option of taking out insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung. This now covers Covid 19 illnesses like any other unexpected serious illness.
Covid-19 Special regulation
There is nothing to stop you from cancelling at short notice and free of charge in the following situations:
- If you are not allowed to enter Austria (border closures).
- If you have to go into mandatory quarantine in your home country or in Austria following your holiday.
- If we have to close our establishment due to corona.
Should there be a travel warning or border closure from 2 weeks prior to departure, you have the possibility to cancel your booking until the day of arrival and the deposit will be credited for a rebooking for the following year.

Breakfast
Bacher’s breakfast buffet is only included during the high season in winter, otherwise it can be booked on request for an additional charge.
Summer: € 12,00 per person and day
Winter: € 16,00 per person and day

Your apartment will be ready for you from 3 PM. Kindly vacate your apartment by 9 AM on the day of departure.

The prices of the apartments are based on the basic occupancy.
Extra beds per day (summer):

Dogs & pets
Your four-legged friends are allowed in the Alpinapart Bacher on a limited basis and on request. We kindly ask for your understanding that other pets are not welcome for hygienic reasons.
Non-smoking complex
We are a non-smoking establishment – we kindly ask our guests to respect this! Smoking on the balcony or on the terrace is of course allowed.
